Chester Gelband, EVP

Chester Gelband has been with Halstead Property, LLC since its inception 26 years ago. During that time, he has consistently ranked among the top 10% of all agents at Halstead as well as among his colleagues in the real estate industry. His recognition in the company has earned him respect in the industry and numerous awards, including "Highest Commission Earned." He has sold over $100 Million worth of real estate and is a member of The Producers Council and The Private Brokerage Council.

Bradley Randall

Specializing in luxury properties all over the city, with an emphasis Downtown, Brad’s goal is to make all his clients, from first time buyers to experienced buyers, feel comfortable with the buying and selling process. Brad loves the challenge of finding the right apartment for his clients, no matter how long it might take. He simplifies the complexities of dealing with mortgages, boards and banks in order to get the transaction closed in the most effective manner. Formerly from the Midwest, Brad loves Manhattan and knows his way around its many and varied neighborhoods.

Prior to his real estate career, Brad spent 20 years providing medical practice management where he guided physicians on how to improve the management of their practices.

A resident of Tribeca, Dutchess County, New York and Florida, Brad is an avid golfer and skier.

Francine E. Port

The real estate profession is a natural fit for Francine Port. Her attention to detail, as well as to the big picture, creates an exceptional balance in understanding the needs of her customers. Her creativity and sense of design have been very helpful to clients in evaluating and selecting new homes.

Francine brings a wide range of successful experience to her real estate career. Her prior areas of expertise include Human Resources and Diversity consulting where she assisted management and employees of Fortune 500 and 1000 companies to better manage Work and Life and generational issues. Earlier in her career she was associate publisher on a series of books, Showcase of Interior Design and a magazine on High End Home Audio and Video Electronics. She began her professional life in the financial services industry as a registered representative on Wall Street.

Throughout her career, customers and colleagues have often noted her exceptional customer service that enabled them to meet their needs and accomplish their goals. Her clients have spanned the gamut from major financial services companies, media and communications companies to global consumer electronics companies.

Born in Manhattan she has lived in 4 different areas, Upper Westside, Midtown, Lower Fifth Avenue and the Upper Eastside. In addition Francine has lived in Westchester County and spent much time in Connecticut. She is highly knowledgeable about trends and neighborhoods throughout the city and beyond. Extensive travel throughout the US and Europe have given her an understanding and appreciation of diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Francine is committed to giving back to the community and has been an active leader and member of several organizations including The Jewish Guild for the Blind, WorldatWork-Alliance of WorkLife Progress, and The American Jewish Committee New York Chapter and Diplomatic Outreach Committee.
